We are liable for exchange, in case of the following scenarios:
- Wrong product has been delivered that does not match with your order.
- Product is physically damaged upon delivery. Physically damaged products needed to be reported within 1 hour of delivery time.
- Product is Non functioning on delivery. Non Functioning products can be reported within 3 days from delivery time. Orders reported non functioning after 3rd day will be repaired if warranty is applicable.
If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund or replacement with other product, no questions asked.

Water Resistant Vs Water Proof:
Water–resistant means able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely.
Waterproof means impervious to water.
Warranty does not cover water damaged watches unless marked “water-proof”
This warranty covers the following components: the watch movements, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp is required for proof of purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Case, Glass crystal, strap or bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- water damage unless marked “water-proof”
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
